    The resort is for Adults guests only , minimum age is 18 years old
  • NON-SMOKING RESORT
    Please note that we are a nonsmoking resort. It is strictly
    prohibited to smoke in rooms and public areas.
  • ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
    Times Arrival time is 03:00 pm and departure time is 12:00 noon.
    Should you require an extension or a late check-out (subject to
    availability). 
  • PETS
    Pets are not permitted in the Resort.

  • ELECTRICITY
    All our power outlets have an electric voltage of 230V.
  • BATHROBES
    Available in your room for your comfort, should you wish
    to purchase a bathrobe, kindly contact the Reception Team.
  • MINI BAR
    A mini bar is available in your room. The resort tap water is desalinated. Bottled Alkaline drinking water is available
  • MOSQUITO PLUGS
    Plugs are available, for any assistance, kindly contact the Reception Team.
  • LAUNDRY SERVICE/DRY CLEANING
    Please use the laundry bag in your wardrobe, fill in the laundry
    form and mark the desired services. Our Housekeeping team will
    collect your bag and deliver the cleaned items after 24 hours to
    your room.
  • AIR-CONDITIONING
    Each room has its own climate control , to set the room
    temperature, simply adjust the dial on the wall control
    panel to the temperature you desire.
  • INTERNET ACCESS
    Complimentary WI-FI is available.
  • ROOM CLEANING
    We pursue a “Green Movement”. This means you get a daily room cleaning. Your linen will be changed every 2 days. For the request of a daily change or require extra soap, towels, etc., kindly contact the Reception Team.
  • TURNDOWN SERVICE
    Daily turn down service is available from 4 pm to 6 pm.
  • DO NOT DISTURB
    A “Privacy” button is located at the entrance of your room. For telephone privacy, kindly dial “0”. In order to block all incoming telephone calls and to take messages.
  • HAIR DRYER
    Located in the drawer of the wardrobe.
  • SAFETY DEPOSIT BOXES
    All rooms are equipped with personal safes. The Resort cannot be held liable for valuables not secured in a resort safe.
  • PILLOWS
    Feather pillows are available in your room and memory pillows are available upon request, kindly contact the Reception Team.
  • IRONS AND IRONING BOARDS
    Iron is available upon request, for assistance, kindly contact the reception team.
  • TEA FACILITIES
    Located on your work station cabinet. This service is
    complimentary and is replenished daily.
