Program Goal
In the initial month of your wellness program, enjoy a 7-night stay with full board accommodation. This comprehensive package includes key consultations and analyses, such as a doctor consultation with an advanced Oligoscan analysis. Additionally, blood tests and a Genetic test are included in the program. Furthermore, a nutrition consultation featuring a Body Composition Analysis (BCA) offers tailored dietary insights, while physiotherapy consultations provide personalized treatments to enhance your physical well-being.
Moving forward into the second month and beyond, your wellness journey transitions into a continuous follow-up plan spanning up to 11 months. This ongoing commitment ensures sustained progress with personalized consultations, treatments, and services. Each month is crafted to monitor and adapt interventions as needed, fostering enduring positive changes in your health and lifestyle. This dynamic approach guarantees ongoing attention and care, creating a transformative and adaptable wellness experience throughout the entire year.

You can avail of The Complete Body Checkup package that offers a comprehensive health assessment encompassing various medical tests and screenings for both men and women, including a full-body scan for the brain, heart, and all organs.
You can choose additional treatments and services as advised after the doctor’s consultation and blood tests.
Terms & Conditions
Age Restrictions:
In order to maintain a serene atmosphere, we regret to inform you that individuals below 18 years old, including teenagers, are not allowed at the Retreat.
Room Reservations:
The rates specified in this agreement are net of commission, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Room reservations need confirmation from the Client to the Resort through either a voucher or rooming list. Bookings made on the last day of the release period must be received by the Resort on the same day.
Cancellation Policy:
The Client acknowledges and agrees that the Package is non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation or no-show, Zoya’s cancellation policy will be applicable, and no refunds will be provided. If the Client cancels, the Resort will charge 100% of the total cost of the canceled rooms for the entire period.
Booking Procedures:
The Client must make all bookings and reservations at least five days in advance, following Zoya’s policies. Zoya reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at its discretion. All communication regarding bookings, inquiries, amendments, or cancellations must be directed to the Resort reservation office via email at: reserve@zoyawellbeing.com.

Early check-ins or late checkouts may be subject to a charge ranging from 50% to 100% of the daily room rate, based on availability.
Payments:
All prices, including taxes and fees, are quoted in U.A.E Dirhams, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. The total annual cost has to pay full amount advance none refundable.
Reservation Acceptance and Indemnification:
All reservations are subject to availability and acceptance by the Resort. The client shall indemnify and hold the Resort harmless from any losses, claims, liability, costs, damages, fines, or expenses incurred due to errors made during the booking process.
Stop Sales and Availability:
The Resort reserves the right to issue Stop Sales when necessary. During Stop Sale periods, the Resort guarantees a minimum of 24 hours to report pending bookings. The Resort will notify the client of accommodation rates during Stop Sale periods, requiring prompt details without any name changes.
Communication and Agreement Validity:
The client is responsible for updating the Resort with any changes in email addresses for communication. The signatories below confirm that they are authorized representatives with the power to enter into this agreement on behalf of the indicated company and Zoya Health & Wellbeing Resort. This Agreement becomes valid and enforceable upon the return of a signed copy to the Resort within 7 days of receipt.
